You guyssss! I’m soooo excited to try this cheesecake. I’m not going to lie I was a little intimidated at first because I’ve never made cheesecake before. I’ll be even more honest with you, I wasn’t sure what a springform pan was until yesterday!
I wanted to share the recipe with you in case any of you are last minute bakers like me. If you get started now, you could have it in time for Thanksgiving dinner. It took about 2 1/2 hours to prep and bake and is supposed to chill 5 hours.
